Common questions

The blocker isn't blocking anything.

Open PLock, go to Shield and tap Activate Shield, then approve the Screen Time prompt. If you declined it earlier, enable PLock in Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PLock Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

I bought PLock on another iPhone.

On the paywall, tap Restore with the same Apple ID.

How do I turn off DNS filtering?

In PLock, open Shield and switch DNS filtering off, or remove it in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → DNS.
